To which locations do you deliver?

 

We deliver worldwide.

 

What is your delivery time?

 

Parcel delivery is done between 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

 

We will do our best to deliver your order within 5-7 working days (delivery time may vary depending on the sale day).

 

Please note that Xiaomi is not responsible for any shipping delays or any type of losses caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as:

recipient cannot be reached or cannot be contacted; incorrect order address; weather conditions, etc.

 

In such cases, we will do our best to inform customers of the delay and estimated delivery date. Why is my delivery delayed if I choose the following payment methods: (PayPal, COD) To ensure a foolproof and secure transaction, these payment gateways keep 24 hours for delivery.

Do I need to provide proof of identity when receiving the package?

 

No, it is not, although the authorized/intended recipient will be asked to sign for the delivery document upon delivery of the parcel.

 

What to do after receiving the shipment?

 

All Xiaomi parcels are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before being shipped to you.

 

Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are any signs of damage or if the package has been opened during transportation.

 

If you are in doubt about the condition of the shipment, we recommend that you do not sign for it. Instead, please hand your package to the courier and we will replace the item for you within a few days. Customers are advised to take a video when opening the product from the delivery packaging.

 

If the customer receives a damaged or incomplete item, the video will serve as evidence.

 

If the customer receives damaged goods, they can request a refund, but they must provide video proof.

 

Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

If no video proof is provided or a video is made after the product is unboxed, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. If you find that the product inside the box has been unpacked or missing when you open the package, please contact Xiaomi Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

 

You will not be able to change the delivery address after placing an order.

 

You must cancel the order and reorder the product with the correct address. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount to you according to the refund terms and conditions.

 

What if the package is delivered to the wrong person?
